Camilo Maldinado, Speech-Language Pathologist
Camilo Maldinado Dr. Maldonado’s teaching and research focus on the diagnosis and treatment of childhood speech and language disorders. His work investigates ways in which speech-language pathologists can optimize communicative competencies and maximize functional interpersonal skills in young children. Dr. Maldonado also explores multicultural aspects of communication disorders and early childhood education. He has lectured throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia, discussing educational and therapeutic service provision models for culturally and linguistically diverse populations. Still maintaining an active clinical caseload as a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist, Dr. Maldonado’s work as a practitioner has spanned more than two decades.
